Super recomand! Acum cativa ani mi-am spart displayul iar la un alt service mi-au schimbat complet capacul, cu unul chinezesc, nu mai tin minte de ce asta a fost singura solutie, cu care am avut o gramada de probleme si cumva tot din cauza asta s-a si stricat din nou. Cei de la Radical service au putut repara chiar displayul original pe care noroc ca inca il aveam, si asta in doar cateva ore!

Absolut incredibil, dar in sens super pozitiv, am venit cu o tasta sarita la un Macbook Pro (gandindu-ma ca o sa imi spuna ca trebuie inlocuita tastatura), în schimb mi-au inlocuit tasta pe loc, in 5 minute. Daca ar fi toate serviciile asa la noi in tara, am fi mai tari ca Țările Nordice.

Am facut o inlocuire de ecran pentru un Macbook Air. Cei de la service au fost farte rapizi, am ajuns undeva pe la ora 12 iar pana la sfarsitul programului era deja gata. Ecranul laptopului arata acum ca si nou - va multumesc foarte mult! 🫶🏻

problema pe care am avut-o cu un iPad PRO la care nu i se incarca bateria (0%) a fost rezolvata la Radical Service prin inlocuirea bateriei dupa ce in prealabil s-a incercat resuscitarea celei vechi. Bateria a fost compromisa din cauza faptului ca iPadul a stat pe un raft cativa ani fara sa fie pus la incarcat. Interventia a fost impecabila nu este sesizabila nicio urma, iPadul functioneaza in parametri. Recomand Radical Service, serviciile lor sunt de incredere si prompte! Comunicarea in relatia cu clientii foarte buna! *****

Am avut o experienta foarte buna cu ei. Am dus MacBook-ul cu topcase-ul indoit vineri dimineata. Echipa a fost extrem de prompta. Au rezolvat problema si mi-au inlocuit piesa, iar laptopul a fost gata pentru ridicare in aceeasi zi! Serviciu rapid, profesionist si foarte serios. Preturile sunt corecte, iar calitatea serviciilor este foarte buna. Ii recomand cu incredere oricui are nevoie de reparatii/servicii Apple.
